From there, each petal and leaf is individually cut, shaped, and assembled by Livia Cetti and her team of artisans in their Bronx studio. Wires embedded in the stems allow the flowers to be bent and posed, mimicking the natural movement of plants reaching toward sunlight. The result? Flowers so lifelike they seem ready to sway in the breeze, yet so unique that no two are ever identical.
